Overview of the Company's business operations
President Automobile Industries PLC. (PACO) produces and distributes replacement automotive air conditioner spare parts to domestic and international customers. The Company’s target customer group consists of: 1. replacement equipment customers (Replacement Equipment Manufacturer or “REM”) and 2. Original equipment customers (Original Equipment Supplier or “OES”). PACO have 3 production plants and 1 warehouse all located in Samut Sakorn province and 1 distribution center located in Bangkok.
The company was established on September 30, 1991 with a registered capital of 10,000,000 million baht. Starting with the production of car air conditioner parts including drier and car air conditioner cables to domestic customers. The company has seen the growth of the auto air conditioner industry in the replacement parts market. Therefore, the Company has expanded its production capacity to produce condenser and evaporator while expanding from just domestic to international customer base. The Company has been transformed into a public company on September 1, 2020.

- Registered business under the name “President Automobile Industries Co., Ltd.” with registered capital of 10 million Baht. The head office is located at Soi Charoen Nakorn 46, Charoen Nakornkrung Road, Banglamphu Lang. Klongsan, Bangkok

- Commenced operation of a 3,800 square meter factory building and 380 square meter office building at Suanluang Subdistrict, Krathumban District Samut Sakhon Province On a total area of 6,940 square meter
- Expand production capacity by purchasing new machines and bringing manufacturing technology from Germany. Used in production of condenser coil and evaporator coil.
- Registered business under the name “President Sales Co., Ltd.”, with its head office at 26/5 Moo 9, Soi Wor Por Aor 11 (Special), Sakornkit 1 Road, Suanluang Sub-district, Krathumban District, Samut Sakhon Province.
1995
- Moved the headquarter to 26/5 Moo 9, Soi Wor Por Aor 11 (Special), Satethakit 1 Road, Suanluang Sub-district, Krathumban District, Samut Sakorn Province
- Increase the company’s registered and paid-up capital from 10 million Baht to 20 million Baht.
1997
- Expanded overseas markets by targeting middle-class customers in North America. By starting with the United States and Canada. The company invested in the construction of its own mold. Therefore the company has more than 2,600 models at present.
1998
- Increase the registered and paid-up capital from 20 million Baht to 45 million Baht.
2003
- Increase the registered and paid-up capital from 45 million Baht to 70 million Baht.
2004
- Increase the registered and paid-up capital from Baht 70 million Baht to 100 million Baht. Increase the registered and paid-up capital from Baht 100 million Baht to 120 million Baht.
- To expand the production capacity the company build 1 additional 7,000 square meter factory building on an area of 24,876 square meters to support the expansion of business and the growing customer demand.
2005
- Increase the registered and paid-up capital from Baht 120 million Baht to 220 million Baht.
2007
- Received ISO 9001:2008 certified

- To support the production capacity and increasing demand of customers The company opened a warehouse of 9,000 square meters on over 8,268 square meters
2012
- Expand overseas by penetrating middle-class customers in the Middle East market. Europe & Africa
- The company has expanded its production capacity and production line and adopted manufacturing technology and machinery from Japan in the production process to increase production efficiency.
2013
- Increase the registered and paid-up capital from 220 million Baht to 270 million Baht.
2014
- Merger with President Sales Co., Ltd. under the management and operation of President Automobile Industries Co., Ltd.
- Increase the registered and paid-up capital from 270 million Baht to 370 million Baht.
- Expand a new branch to use as a domestic sales office of 380 square meters and warehouse of 2,400 square meters in order to distribute products to target customers.
- Received The 10th Bai Po Business Award by Sasin from Sasin Graduate Institute of Business Administration of Chulalongkorn University and Siam Commercial Bank Public Company Limited. Due to the company’s outstanding performance by focusing on building a business with the power of entrepreneurship and high quality product.
2015
- Opened a new office building and moved the headquarter to 88/8 Moo 9, Soi Wor Por Aor 11 ( Special ), Satethakit 1 Road, Suanluang Sub-district, Krathumban District, Samut Sakorn Province.
2016
- Expand the overseas market by penetrating customers in India and Europe by launching trade shows.
- Expand production capacity by building an additional factory building with a size of 5,000 square meters and an office area of 180 square meters on an area of over 6,212 square meters
2019
- Received ISO 9001:2015 certified
2020
- Launched Paco AutoHub to build awareness and confidence in the company to the domestic customers.
