PL series condenser is one of the early design parallel flow condenser. Using the flat multi-port aluminum tubes arranged in between thin corrugated aluminum fins and round header tanks. The refrigerant flows through multiple tubes at once hence allowing better flow and heat exchange efficiency. PACO’s PL series design is based on a 2mm tube thickness and 18mm core thickness with 8mm fin height. All PACO’s condenser are helium leak tested and assembly tested to ensure only the best reach our customers.

MP series condenser is high performance parallel flow condenser. Using the flat multiple micro-port aluminum tubes arranged in between thin corrugated aluminum fins and d-shape header tanks. The refrigerant flows through multiple tubes at once hence allowing better flow and heat exchange efficiency. PACO’s MP series design is based on a 1mm tube thickness and 16mm core thickness, one of the thinness tube design in the industry, with 5mm fin height. Hence, MP is the highest efficiency condenser PACO is offering. All PACO’s condenser are helium leak tested and assembly tested to ensure only the best reach our customers.

DP series condenser is high performance parallel flow condenser based on OEM design. Using the flat multiple micro-port aluminum tubes arranged in between thin corrugated aluminum fins and 2 pieces header tanks with rail. The refrigerant flows through multiple tubes at once hence allowing better flow and heat exchange efficiency. PACO’s DP series design is based on a 1mm tube thickness and 16mm core thickness, one of the thinness tube design in the industry, with 5mm fin height. Hence, DP is the highest efficiency condenser PACO is offering. All PACO’s condenser are helium leak tested and assembly tested to ensure only the best reach our customers.

Description :
CL series condenser is a serpentine condenser design using a single flat multi-port aluminum tube bend back and forth with corrugated aluminum fins in between each bend. PACO is capable of producing CL condenser with tube thickness of 3.6mm and 5mm with the core thickness ranging from 19mm to 44mm. All PACO’s condenser are helium leak tested and assembly tested to ensure only the best reach our customers.

Multi-flow evaporator is the newest evaporator design. Using the twin flat multiple micro-port aluminum tubes arranged in between thin corrugated aluminum fins and header tanks. This increased the heat exchange and flow efficiency. Laminated evaporator also called plate-fin evaporator is a parallel flow evaporator design. Using the specially formed plates stacked together to form flow channels and header arranged in between thin corrugated aluminum fins. This increased the heat exchange and flow efficiency. PACO’s laminated evaporator comes in different shapes and size from 58mm to 89mm core thickness and 200mm to 295mm core width. All PACO’s evaporator are helium leak tested and assembly tested to ensure only the best reach our customers.

Description :
EP series or the evaporator unit is a fully assembled heat exchange unit. The unit is ready to be installed straight out of the box with blower motor, valve, temperature control unit and evaporator fully assembled from the factory. PACO offers wide range of evaporator units both with stylish cover and without cover for concealed installment. PACO also offers unit with premium blower motor, valves and evaporator coil under that PACO Premium line. The PACO’s A/C hoses are produced with highest precision manufacturing technique. All A/C hoses are produced with high-grade aluminum pipes and block. The pipes are bend using computer numerical control (CNC) machines with precision up to 0.1 degree and the fitting joints are also produced by CNC milling machine for the perfect fit. Combined with high strength rubber tubes and advances welding and clamping technique. All PACO’s A/C hoses can withstand up to 800 bars of pressure. All PACO’s hoses are helium leak tested and assembly tested to ensure only the best reach our customers.
